1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user's device during browsing. They are used to make the site work, improve the browsing experience, collect anonymous usage statistics and, in some cases, display personalized content.

2. Cookie categories used

Technical cookies (necessary)

Essential for the site to function: session management, language preferences, cookie consent. They do not require consent and cannot be disabled. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Analytics cookies

Used to collect aggregated, anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager). They help us understand which content is most visited and improve the user experience. Enabled only with explicit consent. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Marketing cookies

Used to show ads relevant to the user's interests on other sites. Currently not active on logika.studio. They will only be enabled with explicit consent should we integrate targeted advertising campaigns in the future.

3. Third-party cookies

Some site features use third-party services that may set their own cookies. The main ones are:

  • Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics — aggregated browsing statistics (only with analytics consent)
  • Cal.com — call booking widget (only if you visit the booking page)
  • Vercel — hosting and speed insights (anonymous technical data only)

To review the privacy policies of these services, please visit their official websites.

4. How to manage preferences

You can change your cookie preferences at any time:

  • By clicking «Manage cookies» in the site footer
  • By deleting cookies from your browser (Settings → Privacy)
  • By configuring your browser to block or warn about cookies

Note: disabling technical cookies may make some features unavailable.

5. Legal framework

This Cookie Policy is drafted in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021. For personal data collection and processing, please also see our Privacy Policy.
