1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern access to the logika.studio website and the provision of professional services by logika.studio (the «Provider») to its clients (the «Client»). Use of the site or engagement of a service implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Services Offered
logika.studio provides professional services in custom software development, AI integrations, digital marketing, SaaS solutions and quantitative research for algorithmic trading. Each project is governed by a specific contract or quote accepted by the Client, defining scope, timing, fees and SLAs.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, source code, graphic assets and deliverables produced for the Client are transferred to the Client upon final payment. Generic technologies, frameworks, libraries and pre-existing know-how of the Provider remain its property. logika.studio reserves the right to mention the project in its portfolio, subject to NDA.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Provider delivers services with maximum professional diligence but does not guarantee a specific economic outcome (e.g. revenue growth, SEO ranking). Provider liability is limited to the fee paid by the Client for the individual project. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or business interruption.
5. Confidentiality
The parties undertake to keep confidential all technical, commercial and strategic information acquired during the engagement, including after termination.
6. Changes
logika.studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the Provider's place of residence or business, except for mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction provided by law.
